Description

Harmova Ivermectin Cream 1% w/w is a clinically studied topical formulation designed to support the management of inflammatory skin concerns associated with rosacea—a common condition that may present with persistent redness, papules (bumps), and pustules (pimples) on the face. Each gram of cream contains 10 mg of ivermectin, a semi-synthetic compound from the avermectin family.

How it works:

Ivermectin cream works through two complementary actions:

• Antiparasitic - It eliminates Demodex mites on the facial skin, which can trigger rosacea flare-ups.
  
• Anti-inflammatory - It calms inflammation and reduces redness, swelling, and bumps caused by rosacea, without the risks of antibiotic resistance.

When applied to the skin, the cream directly treats the affected area, easing inflammation and itchiness.

How to use:

• Apply a pea-sized amount to affected areas of the face only, once daily.
• Use a pea-sized amount for each facial zone (forehead, chin, nose, and each cheek). Spread in a thin, even layer.
• Wash hands thoroughly after application.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, nose, lips, and other mucous membranes.
• The standard treatment is up to four months, applied once daily, and may be repeated if clinically appropriate.
• Discontinue use and consult your prescriber if no improvement is seen after three months.
